Job description:

You have the empathy to answer all questions related to NxtWave courses for potential learners and help them make decisions faster

You have proven experience in direct customer interactions (an added advantage)

Are you looking to work in a high-growth startup environment?

Are you looking for a business development position where you also find meaning in your work

What will you do? Act as a mentor, guide and source of career advice for potential learners. Advise on academic prospects, offer career advice and provide insights on how CCBP 4.0 programs can advance their careers.

Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 programs.

Responsible for the entire lifecycle of closing sales to your assigned leads.

Phone/video calls, product launches, closing sales, and managing after-sales relationships fall under this category.

Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions and provide consistent lead quality feedback to the respective team.

Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment goals. What are we looking for?

Someone with excellent

Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Marathi/Malayalam/Bengali/Gujarathi/Odia communication skills, interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.

Very dedicated people who work hard and are highly determined.

Reliable and trustworthy people who can easily build relationships with potential customers. People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.

Those with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding goals on time

Sales mindset, to effectively communicate NxtWave services to potential learners and achieve revenue goals.

Passion for providing the highest level of customer service at all times

Commercial experience in the field of EdTech is an added advantage.

Native speakers of Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Marathi/Malayalam/Bengali/Gujarathi/Odia

Fluency in English will be an asset

Place of work and working days:

Currently working from home and should have the flexibility to come to the office whenever needed

5 days week
