1. Process owner.
Process manager role – Process manager role is to verify documents, process invoices, analyze data, respond to complaints, email queries, make customer calls efficiently, resolve queries/problems according to outlined products, maintain voice quality according to agreed standards, manage repetitive calls and strive to reduce minimize targets to meet quality standards.
Responsibility
Familiar with resolving queries by voice skills on any VPN, driver, driver installation, active directory
General knowledge of operating systems on different platforms and networking and cloud computing basics
Productivity apps like Microsoft Office tools
Available to work 24/7 and from an office environment.
Salary/Remuneration and Rank Remuneration – For a senior position, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 42,000 per month.
