Job Description: Sales Support Associate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Seller support agents act as the primary interface between Amazon and our third-party sellers, providing English/Hindi phone and email support governed by a Service Level Agreement internal.
Seller support associates will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to third-party sellers on the Amazon platform.
The successful candidate has an immediate and distinct impact on Amazon’s customer experience, making a strong record of customer-centricity the high standard for this role. Vendor support collaborators are expected to troubleshoot chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to team environments.
Responsibilities Summary
a) Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and verbal communication in English and communicate fluently in Hindi
b) Language. Fluency in English and Hindi is required
c) Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as email support in English
